If it's not there, email us at mail@myvirtualbibletour.com with the subject: URGENT: I HAVE READ THE FAQ, AND DON'T HAVE ZOOM INFO. You may also receive a reminder if you provide your mobile number.

A: To reschedule or cancel your tour, please visit https://www.myvirtualbibletour.com/account/my-bookings. This is our preferred method. If you encounter any issues, email us at mail@myvirtualbibletour.com. Thank you for your cooperation.

A: The booking tool displays your local time zone. For example, if you're on the West Coast (Los Angeles, CA), it will show PST. For more information on time zones, visit https://www.worldtimezone.com/index.php.

A: The dress code is casual but modest.

A: Yes, our tours are completely free and will always be. They are a labor of love by our volunteer guides. If you wish to show appreciation, you can give a monetary gift. Visit www.myvirtualbibletour.com/about for your guide's email information.

A: Yes, you are welcome to show your appreciation to the tour guide. Simply go to www.myvirtualbibletour.com/about to get your tour guide information and page with instructions on how to send a monetary gift.

A: Please place another reservation for the same tour, the same date, and the same time for the additional number of devices. Please note that if the tour is full, it will not allowed you to reserve.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting list at this time. If the tour you are interested in is currently full, please continue to visit this webiste, as we will continue to add more tour sections.
