Day 2: Monday, 27 May, 2024 Auschwitz tour

Meet your local guide for a guided city tour from Alexanderplatz, where we will find the Berlin City Hall, popularly known as "Red City Hall," and the old St. Nicholas neighborhood representing the cradle of Berlin. We will pass by the East Side Gallery, which is the longest part of the wall, and an open-air gallery.
We will visit the Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island, and the Humboldt- Forum. We will journey through the history of 20th-century Berlin, approaching the infamous Topography of Terror. Here, we can see the remains of the Gestapo headquarters.
We will visit Potsdamer Platz, redeveloped after reunification with the most modern buildings in Berlin. We will also visit the Holocaust Memorial and the place where Hitler's barracks and bunker were located to remember one of the darkest episodes of humanity.

In the afternoon, we will visit three museums: 1) the Antikensammlung with its testimonies of Hellenistic and Roman architecture, 2) the Vorderasiatisches Museum, and the Pergamon Museum. The Pergamon Museum will be closed for renovations.

Day 5: Thursday, 30 May, 2024 Berlin-Prague City tour Dresden

The tour will start from Theaterplatz, one of the most important squares in the capital of Saxony in front of the famous opera Semper.
Here, we'll learn more about the Wettin dynasty that inspired the culture, architecture and art in this German city. We'll also admire the opera house's elegant facade, which was completely rebuilt after the bombings during World War II.
Our next stop will be Zwinger Palace, known worldwide as a true Baroque jewel. Surrounded by beautiful fountains and the scene of majestic royal parties, this building was built on a site where a fortress once stood. Following on, we'll see Dresden Palace, which houses the treasures of the Saxon monarchy.
The tour will continue through the old town to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Hofkirche, the largest religious building in Saxony, and along a curious street where we'll come across the Fürstenzug. Did you know that this is the longest tiled mural in the world?
The tour will finish in front of the symbolic Church of Our Lady, Frauenkirche, a clear example of the city's reconstruction after the devastation of the Great War.

Day 6: Friday, 31 May, 2024 Prague City tour & Castle

The square is in the center of the Old Town. In the past, it was just a little settlement in a so-called “Jewish Iceland”. The oldest marketplace used to be here. The square became the center of all settlement around the castle little by little. An important route led over the square to the customs office Ungelt. Many interesting buildings of both historical and architectonical value surround the square.
Maybe the most famous is the Old Town Hall with Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, House At the Stone Bell, Kinsky Palace, St. Nicholas Church, House At a Minute, etc. A statue of Jan Hus stands in the center of the square. Its author was sculptor L. Šaloun.

In the afternoon visit the Castle
According to the legend, the Prague Castle was founded by Princess Libuše, the progenitress of Czech kings of the Přemysl ́s House. In fact, the castle was founded in the last quarter of the 9th century, and it has been developing uninterruptedly throughout the past eleven centuries. It is a monumental complex of ecclesiastical, fortification, residential, and office buildings representing all architectural styles and periods, surrounding three castle courtyards and covering 45 hectares. Originally it used to be the residence of princes and kings of Bohemia, since 1918, it is the president's seat.

Day 7: Saturday, 01 June, 2024 Prague-Krakov Ausschwitz-Birkenau

Transfer from Prague in Czechia to Oswiecim in Poland (460 km / 6,0 h)
All over the world, Auschwitz has become a symbol of terror, genocide, and the Holocaust. It was established by the Nazis in 1940 in the suburbs of the city of Oswiecim (Auschwitz in German), which, like other parts of Poland, was occupied by the Germans during the Second World War. A visit to the concentration and extermination camp museum might help you comprehend what is incomprehensible.

Day 8: Sunday, 02 June, 2024 Krakov Free Time

In the morning meet with your guide and start exploring Krakow (full day tour).
Krakow is the cultural capital of Poland with Old Town listed as UNESCO Heritage. During the tour you would see Barbican and defensive walls with Florian's Gate, the Main Market Square with Sukiennice Cloth Hall, St Mary's Church and Town Hall Tower.
We would proceed to the Jagiellonian University, pass by Archbishop Palace (where John Paul II used to live) as well as St Andrew's Church and St Peter and Paul's Church to reach the Wawel Hill.

In the afternoon visit to Kazimierz that used to be a separate town close to medieval city of Krakow. It was mostly populated by Jewish community. Throughout years it became Krakow's district, but the abundance of markets, synagogues and kirkuts (Jewish cemeteries) shaped character of this part of town. As Kazimierz depicts the history of Polish Jews, some shots of Steven Spielberg Schindler's List were captured here. During this tour you would discover this charming part of Krakow with its monuments and complexed history.

Day 9: Monday, 03 June, 2024 Krakov Wieliczka Salt Mine

Transfer from Krakow to Wieliczka the most beautiful and the oldest operating salt mine in the world (UNESCO Heritage). From over 700 years it was a source of Polish fortune and a physical fundament of culture. Today Wieliczka is the most willingly visited Polish tourist object with magnificent chapels, charming underground lakes and original tools and equipment. During this tour you could see a number of excavated chambers on 3 levels adorned with beautiful sculptures made of salt as well as a salt museum.
Transfer back to Krakow.

Day 10: Tuesday, 04 June, 2024 Krakov-Warsaw City tour

In the afternoon, meet with your private guide and start the Warsaw city tour up to 4h.
Visit Warsaw - the capital city of Poland. During this tour, we will visit the most important spots in the city and will have an opportunity to become acquainted with the sometimes tragic past of Warsaw and the history of Poland. We will start our tour by visiting the Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the New Town. We will continue our journey to Krasinski Palace, the Supreme Court building and the Warsaw Uprising Monument. After that, we will go to the Lazienki Royal Park where we will see the famous monument dedicated to Frederic Chopin where we will have an opportunity to relax in the beautiful rose garden and among the dazzling natural elements of the park. You will truly forget that you are in a major European Capital City.

Day 11: Wednesday, 05 June, 2024 Warsaw City tour & JW Headquarters

Meet your local guide at the hotel. The right or east-bank part of Warsaw was culturally, ethnically and religiously diverse for centuries. As it was, fortunately and almost miraculously, not destroyed during World War II, it is now considered to be the most authentic part of the city.
Whilst taking a walk along its streets, look out for surprises in the most unexpected of places – discover shrines hidden away in the courtyards, seek out the original murals found in the area, step into the Bazaar Rozyckiego, Warsaw’s oldest market, taste the best pyzy and flaki in Warsaw, and of course, pop along to visit the Polish Vodka Museum in the renovated Koneser centre in Praga district, fittingly a former distillery.
